Quick Trip to New Harmony.

Well, we made a quick trip (literally, just 24 hrs long) to New Harmony this last weekend. But we did get to stop in and say hi to the newest edition to the Deer Hollow Ranch. He was such a cutie!

A Girl After My Own Heart.

Of course I always expected that Antigone would ride horses. I also plan on horses of our own...someday. But Tig decided to get a jump on the process and fell in love with her new cowgirl boots! She totally digs them! They are a size too big, but I just decided to try them on her and she didn't want to take them off. I took them off her twice and both times she carried them back to me, with the look, you know the look I'm talking about.:)

I know she's in the buff, but it just completes the picture. :)

Love Affair With Teddy Bears.

Antigone in recent months has developed an infatuation (sp?) with stuffed animals. First it began with her teddy and bunny, which made since, she's slept with them since she was born. But this love has evolved to include all plush toys in her sight. Doesn't matter if they are hers, if they're ugly, big or small. If she can give them a squeeze and pat them on the back, she loves them. :)

So we participated again in annual family pics. I have to say, toddlers are not the funnest breed to take hour long pictures with. But Tig did alright and we did get a handfull of good ones.:)
